Last meeting of the MedDiet Go project

20/11/2025

The last meeting of the MedDiet Go project was held last Tuesday in Barcelona, a key meeting that took place at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of Catalonia. The session served to outline the strategic paths that will mark the future, after the project; with a common objective: to promote a sustainable tourism model that places the Mediterranean Diet as an asset.

During the event, the participants shared progress, challenges and opportunities, reaffirming the importance of this cultural and gastronomic heritage as a driver of responsible development in the Mediterranean territories.

MEETING OBJECTIVES

In addition, the meeting has made it possible to define the mission of the Mediterranean Diet Cluster, which will be consolidated as a space for cooperation between entities, companies and institutions to promote initiatives aligned with sustainability, innovation and the enhancement of our Mediterranean lifestyle.
One more step to continue building, together, a more sustainable, competitive and cohesive Mediterranean Region.
