EcológicaKok is an event for discussing the present and future of gastronomy, sustainable production, responsible consumption, and recycling. We promote and implement ecological methods to reduce environmental impact.
The Ecological and Sustainable Cuisine Forum brings together professionals from the hospitality and hotel sector, producers, agri-food companies, schools and food safety specialists to reflect on trends and habits of responsible production and consumption, although it is open to anyone committed to these debates.
